Are you interested in learning how to optimise oil industry value chain and  multi production site operations, whilst working in an international team as key player? Would you like to decide on the destiny of million ton of diesel oil?

PIMS Academy in details

  • The programme’s goal is to educate specialists in oil industry, who are capable to deal with supply chain management (SCM) business activities, modelling and optimising the entire value chain, exploiting the maximum capabilities of refining, logistics, commercial and petrochemicals
  • This is the fifth time that University of Pannonia launches PIMS Academy, where the participants will learn how to use the market leading oil downstream optimization tools of Aspen Tech and experience complex operations right inside oil companies
  • PIMS Academy is a full-time postgraduate course placed in Hungary on diverse sites, which provides participants an accredited professional degree: Specialist of Supply Chain Optimisation in Petroleum Industry (SCOPI)
  • Education language is English and the length is 2 semesters + potential 1 year on the job training
  • Date of launch is September, 2015

EXPECTATIONS

YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF

  • You have a BSc or MSc degree in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical & electrical engineers, information technology, applied mathematics, economics or business administration;
  • You have maximum 2 years work experience;
  • You have abstraction ability and outstanding numerical skills;
  • You have advanced English knowledge
